Refund Policy – NAWAFY LTD
At NAWAFY LTD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Conditions
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene-related products
- Gift cards and discounted/promotional items unless defective
3. Return Process

Please include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for the return
Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Card Payments: refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refunds are issued via bank transfer or another agreed method within 7 business days after approval
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, contact us immediately at: contact@nawafy.com
In such cases, NAWAFY LTD will cover return shipping costs and offer either:
- A replacement
- Or a full refund
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if all return conditions are met. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by us.
